Intermediate Pole - Lvl 3
Step up to challenge and put your foundation to the test by utilizing your strength and flexibility to learn the most show stopping tricks in the book!

Flow & Fluidity - Lvl 2
Once you have learned how your body moves, it's time to explore that movement and make connections in this freestyle based class. Learn to think outside the box while still maintaining proper technique and flow. This is a "thinking" class!

Floor dancing at it's finest! Liquid Motion© is a method and style of dance and movement education recognized around the world for its seamless, organic, and hypnotic quality of movement.

Novice Pole - Lvl 2
Once you have aced the first steps, it's time to level up! Get ready to delve into the world of strength, stamina, and flexibility as new holds and shapes await you in Novice Pole!
Intro to Flow - Lvl 1
LET'S DANCE! Movement is fun, it's better around a pole, and even more so with some heels! Learn the proper techniques to stacking, skating, edging, turns, and so much more in this technique driven, movement based class.

Advanced Heels - Lvl 3
For the experienced mover - get ready to take your heel work to the next level as you slide, click, and clack in this routine based class. New choreography is offered weekly!

Are you not so in to the "pretty" side of poling? Prefer to show off your strength and power? Want to learn cool shapes and strong holds? Welcome to the Dynamic side of poling! All levels welcome!
Open Pole
Work on what's important to you! Spend time refining skills, exploring movement, conditioning muscles, or twerking in a corner - the choice is yours! All equipment can be used and an instructor is available to help.
